The cam chain is rather long, compared to 4 cyl. sport bikes of same volume. Just look at the engine, and imagine THE LENGTH OF IT!
It will be noisy.
20W oil is thiker than 10W.
The poor oil pump has to pump it all the way up to the rockers, valves etc. That's why you have to warm up your engine for some minutes befor you ride, to avoid to damage the cam and cam followers.
I don't know if thiker oils will limit the amount of oil feed to the top?
